Sustainability auditing, active power management, rooftop solar EPC, and passive cooling solutions. Founded under the technical guidance of Nikhil Nakka (Ex-TGSPDCL Engineer) to help commercial establishments, industries, and residential consumers eliminate power waste and achieve energy efficiency.
Comprehensive walkthrough and detailed power quality audits for hotels, hospitals, bakeries, manufacturing plants, and commercial buildings. Baseline power profiling, load curve analysis, harmonic distortion assessment, and DISCOM tariff category regularisation.
End-to-end Power Factor optimization targeting unity (PF = 1.0) to eliminate massive lagging kVAh billing surcharges. Custom engineering and sizing of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panels, capacitor banks, and energy-efficient retrofits (BLDC, VFDs, IE3 motors).
Turnkey Rooftop Solar PV systems (Grid-tied & Hybrid) under PM Surya Ghar & C&I net-metering schemes. Complete DISCOM liaisoning, CEIG approvals, net-metering compliance, and Tier-1 Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for reliable clean power.
Aligned with the Telangana State Cool Roof Policy (2023–2028). Advanced high-SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) thermal reflective coatings and membrane insulation that drop indoor ambient temperatures and reduce air-conditioning electrical loads by 20% to 30%.
Dedicated home, commercial, and industrial automation vertical. Engineering customizable smart devices, intelligent motor control panels, IoT power monitors, and automated load-shedding controllers designed to turn energy audit recommendations into continuous, automated savings.
Customizable smart device for automatic dynamic capacitor switching. Maintains power factor at unity (PF = 1.0) to eliminate lagging kVAh billing surcharges on commercial (LT-II) and industrial connections.
Engineered mutual-exclusive DOL starter panels for Borewell (1.5 HP) and Sump (1.0 HP) motors. Hardware/firmware mechanical interlocking, digital 3-in-1 VAF metering, and streamlined door HMI eliminating prone rotary switches.
Embedded IoT monitoring units (ESP32/PZEM) measuring real-time voltage, current, active kW, apparent kVA, and power factor. Continuous cloud logging and automated monthly bill-savings validation reports.
Intelligent peak-demand management and automated load-shedding controllers that turn energy audit insights into active savings. Automatically sheds non-critical loads during peak demand to prevent 2× penal demand charges.
